Established in 2018 under the Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act, DNLU is a premier institution advancing value‑based legal education. With a strong emphasis on advocacy skills, professional ethics, and simulation exercises, the University is led by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court as its Chancellor.
CLE promotes research at the intersection of law and economics, focusing on how economic models and legal frameworks can foster sustainable growth. Its mission is to integrate economic analysis into lawmaking, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and adaptability in India’s evolving economy.
CREL responds to pressing environmental challenges through interdisciplinary research. It focuses on conservation, pollution abatement, biodiversity preservation, ecological balance, and environmental awareness. The Centre aims to develop innovative legal structures to address cross‑cutting issues in environmental law.
India’s transition from regulation‑driven environmental policies to a revenue‑generating green economy is the central theme. With sustainability now shaping trade, competitiveness, and global value chains, the conference will analyze:
To explore India’s journey in building a green economy, focusing on law, policy, economic incentives, technology, and private‑sector participation. Special emphasis will be placed on the role of international trade law and economic policy in shaping India’s green transition.
