Internship Opportunities at Law CPM:

Law CPM, the independent practice of Advocate Prashant Mishra, invites applications for internship positions in litigation and research. With nearly 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, Advocate Mishra brings deep expertise to mentoring law students. Before establishing Law CPM in 2023, he served as a Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in the litigation and arbitration group.

Eligibility:

Law students with:

• Strong understanding of core legal subjects
• Good legal writing and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and knowledge of court procedures
• Keen interest in litigation
• Comfort using digital tools for legal research and drafting

Internship Roles:

(a) Litigation Interns (2 positions, onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Drafting petitions independently
• Assisting with court filings and procedural tasks
• Preparing list of dates and briefing notes
• Conducting case law research and analysis
• Managing case files and tracking developments

(b) Research Assistants (2 positions – onsite or remote)

Responsibilities:

• Research in arbitration law and related areas
• Preparing briefing papers and explanatory notes
• Summarising relevant case law
• Contributing to legal writing and analytical documentation

Location:

📍 Defence Colony, New Delhi

Duration:

• Minimum 4 weeks
• Possibility of extension based on performance

Stipend:

• No fixed stipend
• Compensation based on contribution and quality of work
