About Organizers:

Senlex Chambers, founded by Hon’ble Mr. Justice (Retd.) Vikramjit Sen, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, and managed by Ms. Mrinalini Sen, Advocate, invites applications for internships beginning January 2026 onwards.

Internship Details:

1.Office Address:
D-2, School Lane, Kalindi Colony, New Friends Colony, New Delhi – 110065

The Chambers is engaged in diverse areas of civil litigation (including matrimonial disputes, suits for recovery, original side matters, property disputes) as well as criminal litigation.

2. Mode of Internship:

  • The internship shall be physical / in-person at the office premises.
  • In exceptional circumstances, virtual / remote internships may be permitted at the discretion of the Office.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Preferred candidates:
    • Students in their 4th / 5th year of the 5-year integrated law course.
    • Students in their 2nd / 3rd year of the 3-year law course.
  • Prior litigation internship experience before the District Courts in Delhi or the High Court of Delhi will be considered an advantage.
  • These parameters are directory, not mandatory. The Office places strong emphasis on:
    • Interest in litigation practice
    • Dedication and commitment
    • Proclivity to learn in a chamber environment

General Guidelines:

  1. Application Slots:
    • Candidates may apply for one or more months.
    • Due to limited slots, the Office may accommodate applicants in any of the months selected.
  2. Application Deadline:
    • Apply at least 2–3 weeks prior to your desired internship period.
  3. Selection Process:
    • Owing to the large volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or phone.
    • Shortlisting is typically communicated about a week before the commencement of the internship.
    • If you do not hear back 2–4 weeks prior to your desired internship period, your application was not shortlisted.
    • You are encouraged to reapply for future slots.
  4. Internship Instructions:
    • Reporting time, work schedule, and other relevant instructions will be shared with selected candidates via email.
