Essential Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Law / Social Sciences / Management with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade)
Strong understanding of contemporary national and international research trends
Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools
Exceptional analytical abilities, English writing skills, and project management capability
Demonstrated research and academic writing skills

Highly Desirable:

Hands-on experience in empirical research
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data handling
Prior research exposure in reputed institutions or universities
