She holds a bachelor’s degree from National Law University, Jodhpur, India, and a master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Berkeley, California, USA.
• Mithu has been an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India for over ten years, specialising in civil, criminal, and corporate litigation. The Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Consumer Courts, International and Domestic Arbitration, and Quasi-Judicial Tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and National Green Tribunal are among her professional areas.

0-3 PQE

Note:- The junior associate must know MS Office, be enrolled with the Bar and should be practising in Delhi Courts. Should be proficient in English (Spoken and Written Skills).
