Chanakya National Law University, Patna under the aegis of Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) designed these 5 days Capacity Building Programme on the Corporate and Insolvency Laws with an objective to introduce the areas of Current Corporate Laws and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law regime in India.
