Principal, Sikkim Government Law College, Burtuk, Gangtok-
(i) Post Graduate Degree in LAW with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade AND
(ii) Consistently good academic record AND
(iii) Ph. D. Degree in LAW AND
(iv) 15 (fifteen) years of College Teaching/Administrative Experience.
