About the Organisation and Competition

Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad is organizing the 1st National Corporate Restructuring Competition from 17th to 18th August 2019.

The case vehicle is based on the  field of Restructuring strategies, Company Law. It shall also touch upon various aspects of Tax law also.

Eligibility

Student’s duly enrolled and pursuing 3 years or 5-year undergraduate law course from any university recognized by the Bar Council of India may apply to participate in the competition.

Each institution seeking to participate may send a maximum of one (1) team to represent that institution

Team Composition

• A team may consist of a maximum of three (3) members.
• Such team shall include two (2) speakers and one (1), draftsmen.

Registrations Procedure

Student’s pursuing undergraduate law degree (3 year/5 year programme) from institutions all over the country are welcome to submit their registrations.

The Registration Form is attached as Annexure- I in the Rules for the 1st Symbiosis Law School, National Corporate Restructuring Competition.

The registration form is required to be submitted online on or before the declared date to cccl@slsh.edu.in.

The registration would be on first come first serve basis. A total number of 16 teams would be selected.

Fee Details

The registration fee for the competition is INR 3,500/– (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Only).

The required details for the same are contained in Annexure III in the Rules for the 1st Symbiosis Law School, National Corporate Restructuring Competition.

Any additional charges incurred by the team while making the wire transfer are to be borne by them.

All teams must email a scanned copy of the receipt generated on completion of the wire transfer at cccl@slsh.edu.in.

• Last Date of submitting Written Submission: 10th August
