Institute of Law is a constituent institute of Nirma University located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was founded in 2007 on the vision of Padmashri Dr. Karsanbhai K Patel. It is ranked 7th for Law by Outlook and 16th for Law by India Today in 2019.
ICC International Court of Arbitration is an institution for the resolution of international commercial disputes. It operates under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce and consists of more than 100 arbitrators from roughly 90 countries.
The court’s official working languages are English and French. However, cases can be administered in any language. The headquarters of the ICC is in Paris, France.
The Court was founded in 1923 under the leadership of the ICC’s first president Étienne Clémentel, a former French Minister of Finance.
The Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, ILNU is organizing the 1st ILNU International Arbitration Competition in association with ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC India from 7th to 9th May 2021. The last date for final registration is 22nd April 2021.
