About the Internship
NAYAYIK ADVISORS LLP invites applications from eligible law students for its Virtual Legal Internship Programme, scheduled from 15 November 2026 to 16 December 2026.
The programme is designed to provide practical learning exposure through structured legal research and drafting assignments. Interns will get opportunities to work on legal topics, analyse statutory provisions, study judicial precedents, and develop their understanding of practical legal work.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from students currently pursuing:
3rd Year of the 3-Year LL.B. Programme.
5th Year of the 5-Year Integrated B.A. LL.B. Programme.
Students with a genuine interest in legal research, drafting, and learning the practical aspects of law are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be assigned research and drafting tasks throughout the internship.
Their responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research on assigned topics.
Analysing relevant statutory provisions and judicial decisions.
Studying important judgments and case laws.
Assisting in legal drafting and documentation exercises.
Completing assignments within the prescribed deadlines.
Submitting completed work through the designated communication channel.
Maintaining professional discipline and timely communication.
Assignment and Working Procedure
The internship will operate through a structured assignment-based system.
Selected interns will receive their assignments and necessary instructions through WhatsApp. They will be required to independently work on the assigned tasks and submit their completed work within the specified deadlines.
Timely submission, sincerity, research quality, and willingness to learn will be important throughout the internship.
