About the Journal:

The Journal of Law and Policy Studies (JLPS) invites original and unpublished scholarly contributions from academicians, researchers, legal professionals, and scholars for publication in the journal.

Submission Guidelines:

Authors are requested to carefully read and comply with the following submission requirements:

1. Submission Format
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format through the official Google Form.

2. Number of Authors
A maximum of two authors is permitted per manuscript.

3. Anonymisation
Manuscripts must be completely anonymised and should not contain the names, institutional affiliations, or any other identifying information of the authors.

4. Cover Letter
A separate cover letter must accompany each submission. It should include:

• Title of the manuscript
• Abstract
• Full names of all authors
• Accurate contact details
• Functional email address

5. Formatting Requirements

• Font: Times New Roman
• Main Text: 12 pt
• Footnotes: 10 pt
• Spacing: Single-spaced

6. Citation Style
All citations must strictly follow the Bluebook, 21st Edition.

7. Plagiarism & AI-Generated Content
The combined percentage of AI-generated content and plagiarism must not exceed 10%, excluding footnotes and references.

8. Peer Review Process
All submissions will be subjected to a double-blind peer review process.

9. Simultaneous Submissions
Authors must disclose any simultaneous submissions to the Editorial Board.
