About the Internship

A leading financial services organization is inviting applications for a 3‑month Legal Internship in Gurugram. This opportunity is designed for law graduates and final‑year students seeking hands‑on exposure to derivatives, trading documentation, and financial legal services.

Key Learning Areas

• Reviewing and analyzing derivative agreements and related legal documents
• Drafting amendments and ancillary documentation for trading agreements
• Supporting client and counterparty onboarding processes
• Reviewing clauses, representations, warranties, and confirmations for derivative products (NDFs, Index Options, Index Swaps)
• Conducting legal research across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC)
• Assisting senior team members on live projects and ad hoc legal matters

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM graduates or final‑year law students
• Strong interest in financial services and trading documentation
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Prior internship experience in law firms or reputed organizations is an advantage (not mandatory)

Internship Details

• Location: Gurugram
• Mode: In‑person
• Duration: 3 months
• Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
