Internship Opportunity – Office of Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India

About the Mentor Mr. Aditya Sharma is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. He serves as:

  • Legal Advisor to the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes
  • Counsel for the Union of India and the State of Madhya Pradesh before the Supreme Court
  • Panel Counsel for Punjab National Bank

With extensive experience in litigation, Mr. Sharma has a demonstrated history of working across diverse areas of law. His professional expertise spans legal writing, corporate governance, document drafting, constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, and international law.

Internship Details

Applications are invited for a 3-month internship at the Office of Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, commencing 1st August 2026. The office is located in South Delhi.

This internship is designed for students with a keen interest in litigation, legal research, and drafting, offering practical exposure to the functioning of the Supreme Court and the preparation of complex legal matters.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3rd year students of the 3-year LL.B. course, or
  • 4th/5th year students of the 5-year integrated law course
