About the Internship

Sakshar Law Associates invites applications from diligent law students for its virtual internship cohort scheduled for July 2026. The program offers focused opportunities in legal drafting, research, and writing, designed to provide practical exposure in litigation and contemporary legal scholarship.

Available Positions

1. Legal Drafting Intern (2 Slots)

• Scope: Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and litigation support.
• Requirement: Applicants must submit one redacted drafting sample along with their CV.

2. Legal Research and Article Writing Intern (1 Slot)

• Scope: Conducting research on contemporary issues, drafting articles, and case analysis.
• Requirement: Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on a Case Note assignment.

Eligibility and Benefits

• Open to students pursuing 3‑year or 5‑year LL.B. courses.
• Mode: Virtual
• Duration: 1 Month
• Type: Unpaid
