About the Internship:

This internship provides practical exposure to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation proceedings. Interns will actively assist in:

• Drafting and reviewing petitions, applications, and legal notices for the NCLT and NCLAT.
• Supporting the end‑to‑end insolvency and liquidation process.
• Engaging with real‑time cases under the IBC framework.

The program is designed to equip interns with hands‑on experience in insolvency practice, litigation strategy, and corporate law compliance.

About the Mentor:

Advocate Vishrut Jain is a passionate advocate and insolvency professional. He holds an LL.M. in International Comparative Law and has built a specialized practice in insolvency and corporate law. His mentorship offers interns a unique opportunity to learn from both litigation and insolvency perspectives.

Eligibility:

• Final‑year law students or recent graduates.
• Strong grasp of Company Law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
