Internship Details:

We are inviting applications from 4th‑year law students who aspire to build their careers in Corporate Law.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently pursuing the 4th year of a 5‑year law program
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and analysis
• Demonstrated interest in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, and advisory work

Please note: Candidates with experience limited to Litigation, Court Practice, or Dispute Resolution will not be considered.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant Corporate Law internship experience.
