Vox Anatolis Moot Court Competition 2026 – NLUJAA:

The 5th Vox Anatolis Moot Court Competition, 2026, organised by the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam (NLUJAA), is a unique initiative spotlighting the legal issues of Northeast India. Aptly titled “The Voice of the East”, the competition ensures that the region’s perspectives are represented in national legal discourse.


About the Moot:

Vox Anatolis focuses on critical regional legal challenges, offering participants an unparalleled opportunity to engage with pressing matters of the Northeast. By filling a gap in the moot circuit, it enriches both academic and professional engagement with law.


Moot Proposition:

Theme: Inter-State Water Dispute and Inter-State Border Dispute


Eligibility:

  • Open to students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes.
  • Multiple teams from the same institution are permitted.

Important Dates:

  • Memorial Submission: 25 February 2026
  • Memorial Qualifier Results: 5 March 2026
  • Oral Rounds: 14–15 March 2026

Registration Process:

  • Fee: ₹3,300/- (inclusive of GST) per team
  • Competition format: Memorial evaluation → Top 32 teams → Online oral rounds

Awards:

  • Best Team: ₹1,00,000/-
  • Runners-Up Team: ₹50,000/-
  • Best Memorial: ₹20,000/-
  • Best Speaker: ₹20,000/-
  • Best Researcher: ₹10,000/-
