About the Role:

Falcon Legal is inviting applications for Legal Research and Drafting Internships. Selected interns will gain practical exposure to criminal law, including:

• Drafting pleadings and legal documents.
• Supporting litigation before courts in Delhi, including the High Court and Supreme Court of India.
• Observing and assisting in criminal trials to understand procedural and substantive aspects of law.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on criminal law and economic offences.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in litigation processes before various courts in Delhi.
• Gain practical insights into trial proceedings and appellate practice.

Eligibility:

• Law students in their 4th year or above (3-year or 5-year course).
• Demonstrated interest in criminal law and economic offences.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Number of Positions:

3–5 internship slots available.

Stipend:

Performance-based stipend will be provided.
