23rd Surana & Surana & JSS Law College Corporate Law Moot Court Competition & Judgment Writing Competition (2025‑26)
JSS Law College, Mysuru, in collaboration with Surana & Surana International Attorneys, Chennai, proudly announces the 23rd edition of the Corporate Law Moot Court Competition & Judgment Writing Competition. This prestigious event continues its legacy of fostering excellence in advocacy, research, and judgment writing in the field of corporate law.
Aim & Purpose:
To provide opportunities for students to explore emerging trends in Corporate Law.
To sharpen skills in research, writing, and advocacy.
To highlight the social and civic function of judgments, ensuring clarity, fairness, and accessibility.
To nurture a judicious mindset and prevent abuse of legal processes.
Venue & Dates:
Venue: JSS Law College, New Kantharaje Urs Road, Kuvempunagar, Mysuru – 570023, Karnataka
Dates: April 24 – April 26, 2026
Chief Administrator: Prof. K. S. Suresh, Chief Executive
Eligibility:
Open to students enrolled in 3‑year or 5‑year LL.B. courses.
Students from ICAI and ICSI are also eligible.
Only one team per institution may participate.
Students who have completed their degrees are not eligible.
Team Composition:
Teams must consist of 2–3 members (2 speakers + 1 researcher).
Researcher may argue with prior permission in case of illness.
Teams will be identified only by competition codes (no institutional disclosure allowed).

Opens: 2nd February 2026
Closes: 5th April 2026

Approval letters must be duly signed/sealed by authorized faculty or uploaded with institutional authorization.
Provisional team codes will be allotted after registration.
