National Law University Delhi (NLUD) invites applications for faculty and research positions under the two‑year Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP – MA/LL.M.), a specialised academic programme in insolvency and restructuring.

The PGIP is jointly recognised by NLU Delhi and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Graduates receive both:

  • PGIP Certification (IBBI authorised)
  • MA/LL.M. Degree in Insolvency (NLU Delhi)

This programme equips professionals for careers in insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, restructuring, and business turnaround, blending theoretical insights with practical applications and emphasising ethical integrity.

Eligibility Highlights:

Assistant Professor (Commercial/Insolvency Law)

  • LL.M. with 55% marks or equivalent in Commercial/Insolvency Law.
  • UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Commercial/Insolvency Law.
  • Demonstrated record of quality publications.

Research Associate (Commercial/Insolvency Law)

  • LL.M. or relevant Master’s degree with 55% marks or equivalent.
  • Prior research experience (field work, data collection) desirable.
  • Proficiency in Commercial/Insolvency Law essential.

Job Profiles:

  • Assistant Professor: Teaching, advanced research supervision, and specialised course delivery in insolvency law.
  • Research Associate: Research and project support, publications, stakeholder coordination, event organisation, and programme management.

Emoluments:

  • Assistant Professor: ₹90,000/- per month (subject to TDS).
  • Research Associate: ₹50,000/- per month (subject to TDS).
