About LL.M. Programmes:

The One-Year Regular LL.M. at Dhirubhai Ambani University – School of Law is a rigorous, practice-oriented programme designed for advocates, in-house counsel, judicial aspirants, and recent graduates. Spread across three trimesters, it blends core courses, specialised electives, and a dissertation with structured research and a mandatory international research tour, offering global exposure and comparative insights. With five focused streams—ESG and Sustainability, Aviation Law, AI and Technology Law, Construction and Arbitration, and Judicial Administration—the curriculum equips students with both traditional grounding and expertise in emerging domains. Strong academic leadership, industry collaboration, and advanced research support ensure a high-quality learning experience. Selective admissions foster a dynamic cohort, while career guidance and publication opportunities enhance outcomes. About the LL.M. in Judicial Administration and Justice:

The LL.M. program for Judicial Officers aims to address the evolving needs of the judicial system by equipping judicial officers with the skills and knowledge necessary to integrate modern technologies, enhance judicial administration, and improve decision-making processes. This comprehensive course is designed to deepen their understanding of emerging legal challenges, provide practical solutions, and equip them with the tools necessary to manage both their judicial duties and personal well-being effectively.

Eligibility and Admission Process:

Eligibility:

The programme is open to law graduates (LL.B. 3 or 5 years) with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).

Preference will be given to serving or retired judges, judicial officers, experienced lawyers, public prosecutors, and policymakers.

Important Note: The course will be offered only if a minimum of five candidates are admitted to the LL.M. programme.

Admission Process:

• Application Submission: Fill the online application form with your Statement of Purpose and CV
• Entrance Exam: Appear for the National Level Entrance Examination to be conducted by DAU – SoL that will test your knowledge in the compulsory subjects of LL.B.
• Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interaction

*The examination will be of 100 marks. The candidates must score at least 40% marks in the entrance examination to qualify for admission.
