Eligibility and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in law with 1 or 2 years’ experience in contracts, legal opinions, etc.
• Freshers may also apply

Roles

• Draft and Vet Contracts for various business arrangements in line with legal principles and judicial precedents. 
• Support in negotiating and finalising Contracts.
• Draft/vet commercial contracts/templates for various functions, businesses across the globe.
• Assisting in legal research and opinions.
• Assisting in Data Privacy Projects.
• Assisting in preparing Standard Operating Procedures for various legal services.

Role Demands

• Proficient in English language
• Good drafting skills
• Computer skills – Word; Power point; excel etc.
