Our Competition’s Moot Proposal is centred on the Economically Weaker Section and its associated elements.

Eligibility

The N.J.Y. National Moot Court Competition, 2021, is open to all students enrolled in a 3-year LLB programme or a 5-year integrated B.A./B.B.A.LLB/B. Com LL.B. programme.

Language

The competition’s official language will be English. All rounds of the tournament, memorials, and compendiums must be written in English.

Composition of the Team

The following is the team’s make-up: There will be two speakers and one researcher. Without a Researcher, the teams may not be allowed to compete.

Registration Fee is INR 1500

The Code of the Team

On the 20th of December 2021, each team will receive their team codes through email.
