The SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law (PGCL) was established in the year 2004 and is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. the institution aims at giving students exposure to experiential learning in the varied fields of law and in this regard we have conducted various workshops and seminars.

About the Speaker

The esteemed speaker, Adv. Karan Dattani is a Solicitor currently working in the Real Estate and Construction team at Khaitan & Co. He has cleared the Solicitors qualifying exam in the first attempt and bagged a Gold Medal for it as well.

The Webinar is open for Students, Lawyers, Research Scholars, Teachers, Judges, Professionals and Academicians or for anyone who is interested in the topic of the Webinar.

The webinar will be conducted on the virtual platform of Microsoft Teams. The link for the same shall be sent via email as well as on the Whatsapp Group to all the registered participants 1 hour prior to the commencement of the webinar.
