About the Organization-

Background of the Competition-

In the time of global pandemic of Covid 19, Quality education is need of the hour. Focus should be on shaping the young minds to develop critical, logic and critical, logical and analytical thinking. Through this competition they can be acquainted with that Commercial Contract is not only a piece of paper but also create responsibilities, conditions, manner, time limit, and monetary issues so that every corner of the contract is properly covered failing which may result to unforeseen losses. This competition focuses on skills of students to negotiate and to bring novelty in drafting skills for commercial contracts.

About the Competition-

Indore Institute of Law is pleased to announce its First Chapter of International Drafting Competition – Master Draftsman, 2020 that is going to be conducted from 8th August, 2020 to ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬9th August, 2020. This competition is dedicated to negotiation and drafting skills for commercial contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for the students to get exposure to international competition which focus on problem solving and higher order thinking skills. For the purpose of competition a mandatory workshop is to be conducted on 7th of August, 2020. The last date of registration is 5th of August, 2020 with nominal registration fee of Rs 500/- (Rupees Five hundred) only.
