GNLUMSIL is the first and the only moot court competition in India based on Securities and Investment Law. GNLU has successfully completed 5 years of GNLUMSIL, with each edition being better than before. The last edition was conducted in September 2019 and saw the participation from 44 premier law schools across India. The competition boasts of successful collaborations with Bombay Stock Exchange – Investors’ Protection Fund, National Securities Depositories Limited, Finsec Law Advisors, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, RegStreet Law Advisors, Manupatra, CLAonline, SCCOnline, Lex Witness, Wolters Kluwer, Khaitan& Co. Uber and Lawctopus.
The Winners and Runners-up of the 6th edition will receive cash prizes of INR 50,000 and INR 25,000 respectively among other prizes. Cash prizes and other awards will also be handed out to the Best Orator (Final Rounds), the Best Orator (Preliminary Rounds), the Best Written Submission and the Best Researcher.
