Vasudev College of Law is the first Law College in Nainital District of Uttarakhand. Our success is based on a tradition of educating lawyers through theory and practice, shaping leaders prepared to grapple with society’s most important moral and ethical questions. Those who earn our degree of Law are well-versed in courtroom procedure and in legal history and are as well-prepared to practise law as they are to discuss its theoretical underpinnings. Many have already had extensive experience researching and arguing cases through programs such as the Criminal Process, Attorney General Program or other clinics and externships, and in advocacy competitions and classroom simulations. Vasudev College of law is established in 2017 to provide true quality and professional educational environment and affiliated to Kumaun University, Nainital.

- Eligibility: Research papers are invited from the teachers, professors, researchers, Research scholars & other interested students of Under-graduation and Post-graduation of all disciplines

- For Faculties/Advocates/Members of NGOs- 600/- INR
- For Research Scholars- 500/- INR
- For U.G. and P.G. Students- 200/- INR
- Submission Guidelines:To ensure a smooth submission process, please follow these guidelines when submitting your contributions:
- All contribution must be submitted electronically.
- Your submission must be related to the seminar theme/sub-themes.
- The abstract should be between 250-300 words and with minimum five keywords.
- The abstract shall also contain, the name of the author/authors, email id of the authors, contact
number, and designation with affiliated institution. - The full paper should not exceed 6000 words (Abstract is not included).
- Paragraphs should be double spaced.
- The font should be Times New Roman with a size of 12 on A4 size plain paper with one inch margin
on all sides with 1.5 line spacing using MS Word. - Heading and Sub-heading should be size 14 and 12 respectively.
- Footnote should be in font size 10 in Times New Roman.
- For citation and references, the Indian law Institute citation style must follow. For details you can

mentioned above. Full paper should be emailed to the same email id. - Please send your submissions on or before deadlines.
