Amicus Curiae, A Law Club of the School of Law, JECRC University is a club that is fairly active in conducting events to assist the law students in enhancing their comprehension, aptitude, and relevant skills. Earlier, We’ve taken initiatives to promote the process of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Cascading the Same, We’d organized National Bootcamp on Practices & Performances of Arbitration in which several eminent personalities graced their presence including Dr. Lalit Bhasin, Chair, CIARB India with the endorsement partners AIADR & Young MCIA.
Mediation is a popular remedy under Alternative Dispute Resolution processes, becoming more relevant & gaining importance nowadays specifically in this pandemic as it provides numerous benefits.
