Max Planck Law and the German Law journal are cooperating on an in person ‘Transactional Junior Faculty Forum in September on 18th and 19th September 2024 in Berlin, for which there is now a call for a paper.
What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?
- Detail: For its inaugural Transnational Junior Faculty Forum, the German Law Journal in association with Max planck Law invites abstract 500 words.
- Who Can Submit: PhD and Early Career Scholars investigating legal concept in transaction, their limits and the condition for their change.
- We welcome contributions from all fields of law
- Theme: With a variety of approaches, especially with perspective from critical theories, including feminism, Postcolonialism, Critical Race Theory, Marxism Critical Legal Studies, etc.
- Equally we welcome research that works with method from other disciplines.
- Submission Deadline: 1st May, 2024
