Who Is The Organiser?

The Central Law College, Salem was successfully established in 1984 by an order of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras. In compliance with the order of the High Court of Madras, the University of Madras granted provisional affiliation in 1984 fir starting the 5 year Integrated B.L Degree Course for students who have successfully completed 12 years of Higher Secondary schooling. Later, permission was granted for starting the 3 year B.L Degree Based Course for candidates who had already obtained a Bachelor Degree. The initial provisional affiliation was confirmed as permanent affiliation by the University of Madras in its order. he Government of Tamilnadu re-organised the functioning of its universities and established ne universities to deal with various professional courses, the Tamilnadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University was formed in 1997 to deal exclusively with legal education. This college has been affiliated to the Law University since then.

The Bar Council of India has accorded its approval under Sec [h] of The Indian Advocates Act 1961 recognizing the law graduates of this college as eligible for entering the legal profession in India and elsewhere as per law. Affiliation of the Government of Tamilnadu is granted by The Tamilnadu Dr.Ambdkar Law University Act,1997.

    • Students Participation Fee: Rs. 250 (Conference Kit and Participation Certificate will be provided) Advocate, Academician, Research Scholars, Participation Fee Rs. 500 (Conference Kit and Participation Certificate will be provided)
    • Registration Fee forPaperPresenters: Rs. 750 (Author and Co-Author should pay separately)
    • Publication Fee: Rs. 1500 (Publication Fee should be paid only after receiving confirmation from the conference committee.)
  • Payment Details: Those who are interested only to participate should register and pay the prescribed fee using the Google Form by CLICK HERE on or before 05.09.2023. The Registration, Participation and Publication Fee can be paid through all UPI platforms, Net Banking Mobile Banking or DD in favour of “The Principal (Expenses)”, payable at Salem and addressed to The Principal, The Central Law College, Salem-8
  • Submission Guidelines:
    • Abstract: Abstract shall not exceed 300 words and shall include five key words. The author(s) shall specify the title of the paper, Name(s) and designation of the Author(s). All abstracts should be submitted by filling the following Google Form By CLICK HERE on or before 28.08.2023. The Author(s) of shortlisted Abstract(s) shall be intimated on or before 01.09.2023.
    • Author and Co-Author: There may be an author and a co-author for a research paper
    • Registration: The authors of the selected abstracts have to register and pay the prescribed fee before the submission of full paper. Author and co-author have to pay their fees individually for registration. Co-authors will have to use the same registration form. Registration should be done on or before 05.09.2023 by using the following Google form CLICK HERE
    • Full Paper: The conference paper should be original, unpublished and should adhere to the conference theme. The full paper can be submitted by CLICK HERE on or before 20.09.2023
    • Page Limit: Full paper should not exceed 3000 words.
    • Text: Size 12-pt. Times New Roman, 1.5 Line Spacing; Heading 14-pt (bold), Times New Roman: Sub-headings 12-pt (bold), Times New Roman.
    • Reference Style: Authors to cite reference and avoid plagiarism. The Blue Book: A uniform system of citation – 21st edition reference style or APAreference style should be followed strictly.
    • Author Name and Designation: Author Name and Designation would appear under the Title of the Paper on the First Page / Abstract
  • Publication Opportunity: Best and original papers will be selected for publication with ISBN and authors will be contacted for the same.
