Roles to cater
- Assisting with drafting of wills, as well as probate and lasting power of attorney applications under the supervision of lawyers
- Assisting in drafting Information Memorandum and Prospectus for capital market transactions
- Assisting in drafting template documentation for capital market transactions
- Responsible for applications to the stock exchange for capital market transactions
Eligibility
- A Degree in Law; other disciplines may be considered
- Proficiency in the English language, with strong writing skills.
- Our ideal candidate is a person with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- No prior experience is necessary – mid-career and back-to-work professionals are also welcome to apply.
