- Mode: Presentation will be conducted in Hybrid manner. 5 sessions will be held in Offline mode and 1 session will be held online. Online presentations are only for International Participants.

- Submission Guidelines:
- For Abstract:
- Only selected abstracts will be permitted for presentation.
- The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must be accompanied by a cover page stating the following: -Title of the Paper, Sub-theme of the paper, Name and Designation of the author (s), E-mail address, Postal address, and Contact Number

- For Full Paper:
- The manuscript should be of an average length of 6,000 words, typed in MS Word, with 1.5 line space, 12 Font size, Book Antiqua font.
- The manuscript should carry an abstract of about 150-200 words with not more than Six keywords. Both the abstract and keywords are mandatory.
- The tables and figures in the text, if any, should be centred with proper titles and figures and they are to be in JPEG (300 dpi) or Tiff format. Only black and white figures will be accepted for the printed version of the journal. Scattered images and tables are not accepted.
- Authors should take obligatory written permission from the concerned publishers for reproducing the Images/Figures/ Tables. Authors are expected to produce this written permission on the request of the Editor.
- Proper citation should be given in the manuscript for Images/Figures and Tables reproduced from other sources.
- Bluebook 21st Edition citation format to be strictly adhered to.
- British English spelling and grammar is to be used throughout the manuscript. Alternatively, authors can prepare the manuscript with American English however mixing of both is not allowed.
- Whenever a copyrighted material is used, contributors should accurately reproduce, and obtain permission from the copyright holders, and the same should be acknowledged in the article.
- Every contribution should be accompanied by a declaration that the article is original and has not been published nor submitted elsewhere for publication.
- All submitted articles will be double blind peer reviewed. Acceptance of articles is subject to recommendation by the review panel and subsequent acceptance by the Editor.
- Every accepted article will be copy-edited. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make necessary revisions to the text in keeping with the journal style sheet and standard.
- The maximum word limit of the Manuscript must not exceed three thousand to five thousand (3,000 – 5,000) words (inclusive of the abstract and footnotes).
- Submission Guidelines:
- Every author will receive a complimentary copy of the journal issue.
- Author contribution statement should be included at the end of the manuscript.
- Authors should state any conflict of interest in the manuscript.
- Funding information: Authors may mention about the funding/grant received to carry out the research work.
- Correspondence: One author should be designated as Corresponding author and will be the principal contact for the editorial team for any publication related matters. Corresponding authors should get the consent from the co-authors for any matter related to publication.
- Corresponding Authors are required to obtain the consent of all their co-authors prior to submitting a manuscript for publication.
- Upon acceptance of the article, the copyright form should be submitted to the editorial office signed by all authors. If acceptable to all authors, the corresponding author may sign on their behalf.
- It is mandatory for all the authors to provide the name of their affiliated institution, place and correspondence details including email.
- If any change in authorship is necessary after a manuscript has been submitted, the Corresponding Author must email a copy of a signed letter to the Editor-in-Chief confirming that all of the original co-authors have been notified and have agreed to the change.
- If the change involves the removal of a co-author’s name, the Corresponding Author must arrange for a signed consent letter from the co-author concerned and email the same to the Editor.
- No changes in the author list will be permitted after a manuscript has been accepted.

- Publication Opportunity: CHRIST University Law Journal (CULJ) ISSN 2278-4322 is a UGC CARE listed, double-blind peer-reviewed journal which seeks to facilitate greater interest and deeper insight into various fields of law among students, academicians and legal scholars. It is indexed in the following databases: Library of Congress, Google Scholar, Crossref, Hein Online, Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, EBSCO ProQuest.
- Important Details:
- Confirmation for registration of the conference shall be subject to the payment of registration fee and submission of registration form.
- Payment once made shall not be refunded. All transfers are non-refundable in nature. No TA/DA shall be granted to participants.
- The registration fees does not include accomodation, however, nearby hotel list will be shared by the organising team if needed.
- Certificate will be presented to every participant who duly submits and presents the paper.
- The accepted papers after undergoing peer-review shall be considered for publication
