- Objective: This conference will study a comparative analysis of sentencing policy India vis-a-vis legislative provisions in United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia, France with various international conventions & reports of International Law Reforms Committees. It will facilitate in-depth discussions on comparative sentencing practices, their implications, and potential reforms and foster cross-cultural and interdisciplinary dialogues among legal experts and practitioners. It will help to Identify emerging trends, challenges, and best practices in sentencing decisions. Ultimate objective of this conference is to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange for the advancement of fair and effective criminal justice systems.
