What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?

• Vacancy: Teaching & Research Associate 
• Division: Academic and Research and Development Cell
• Remuneration: ₹45,000/- Per Month (Fixed)
• Date of Interview: Friday, 14th July, 2023 at1:30 PM at GNLU, Gandhinagar. No candidate shall be considered for the Walk-in-Interview after the scheduled date and time.
• Venue: GNLU, Gandhinagar 
• Requirements: Educational Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Essential Criteria:
    • Master’s Degree in Law with atleast 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognised Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University;
    • Good knowledge of latest National and International research trends and developments in Law;
    • Ability to conceptualise and organise International Training Workshops and brainstorming online/ on-site discussions apart from Teaching/ Research;
    • Fluency in English language.
  • Highly desirable:
    • Experience in Teaching/ Research in premier law Universities/ Colleges;
    • National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/ SET;
    • Excellent inter-personal and team-building skills;
    • Ability to innovate and to improve academic programmes or services and to pursue interesting new ideas and new methods.
• Important Notes:
• The appointment is initially for a period of 364 days and is to be counted towards probation. Subsequent extension on an annual basis will be depending upon the performance which would not exceed in total of 3 years period including the first year of probation.
• The University retains the discretion not to make any appointment to this vacancy to make an appointment at a revised remuneration or to make an appointment with a modified job description and to fix revised qualifications and requirements.
• The Candidate selected against the advertisement shall be required to work at GNLU, Gandhinagar.
• Candidates are required to bring three copies of their resume along with a passport size photograph affixed thereon in all the copies along with a set of photocopy of academic/ experience certificates and other documents if any while approaching the interview
