  • Indians have witnessed several changes in the family setup. Keeping in view this shift, the Centre for Comparative Studies in Personal Laws is planning to come up with a publication on contemporary issues emerging in the Indian Family System and reflecting on the core concerns and ethical issues that prevent in modern Indian society.

Eligibility

Research-based papers/articles are invited from academicians, practitioners and scholars from the field of law and related areas.

Submission Rules

  • The papers must be genuinely ORIGINAL. In case, any other author is quoted, the citation is a must.
  • Papers need to be restricted to a maximum of 6000 words excluding footnote counts. A 4 size, 12 pt size, MS Word, Times New Roman font 1.5 line space.
  • Authors need to submit their papers in the following manner:
    • Title of the paper
    • Author/Authors name, designation, institution
    • Abstract (Not more than 200 words)
    • Keywords
    • Introduction.
    • Body of the paper
    • Conclusion
    • References/Bibliography

Formatting Rules

  • Candidates are requested to view the guidelines presented here.
  • The Editorial team recommends the use of APA Style Manual 6th Edition for citing references with not more than 6000 words.
