APCAM is a one-of-a-kind concept devised for the first time in the world, in which an international ADR centre is formed collaboratively by roughly 9 arbitration and mediation centres from Asia Pacific countries, with centres in those countries. India, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, and Nepal now have APCAM centres. APCAM is led by an experienced governing board made up of recognised professionals from all around the world. APCAM also has an Advisory Board made up of distinguished individuals from throughout the world. The APCAM Secretariat is currently being held in India.
