REGISTRATION DETAILS:

SUMMARY:

The Training Program would focus on providing a bird’s eye view on the Companies Act, 2013 which has brought a significant change in the corporate law enforcement in India. There are important changes which have been brought into the incorporation, organization and structure of the companies as well as several new concepts like One Person Company, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and enhanced Corporate Governance principles have emerged including more responsibility for Independent Directors and necessity to have compulsory Women Director in certain companies. The Companies Act, 2013 has further brought with it a series of Rules and Clarifications with also an Amendment in 2015 in its first year of implementation. This shows the dynamic nature of this law and this training program as a practitioner’s primer would provide an overview of law and practice of corporate law around Companies Act.
