This Post Graduate Diploma Course is a humble endeavour to cater the need of the society which is lagging behind in the race of growth and development. It has been witnessed that north India is lacking the basic knowledge of corporate world. The Cyber disputes are day by day getting stronger. This course is an attempt to apprise the graduate (in any discipline / professionals about the cyber issues and related system. Uttar Pradesh and adjoining states being the one of the most populous states offer a very fertile ground for development of courses on Cyber Laws. This course is an interdisciplinary attempt to give the student an advance applied knowledge pertaining to cyber Laws.

Duration: One Year (according to academic calendar of the University of Lucknow) spread in two semesters.

Intake: 40 (Forty Only)

Eligibility: Graduate degree in any discipline from any University recognized by U.G.C with not less than 45% of the total marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST).

 

Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance shall be compulsory.

Fees: Rs. 18000 Per Semester

The curriculum of the course shall consist of theory papers and dissertation as under:

 

I.   Theory Paper: There shall be 5 papers of 100 marks each

 

II.                 Project Report/ Dissertation + Viva : 100 mark

Paper-1 Fundamentals of Computers

Paper 2 Cyber Jurisprudence

Paper 3 Cyber Contracts

Semester-II

Paper 4 Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence

Paper 5 E-banking and Electronic Payment Systems
