This Post Graduate Diploma Course is an humble endeavour to cater the need of the society which is lagging behind in the race of growth and development. It has been witnessed that north India is lacking the basic knowledge of IPR. The Intellectual Property disputes are on a rise. This course is an attempt to apprise the graduate (in any discipline / professionals about the IPR issues and related system. Uttar Pradesh and adjoining states being the one of the most populous states offer a very fertile ground for development of courses on IPR Laws. This course is an interdisciplinary attempt to give the student an advance applied knowledge pertaining to IPR Laws.
Duration:
One Year (according to academic calendar of the University of Lucknow) spread in two semesters.
Intake: 40 (Forty Only)
Eligibility:
He/ She has obtained the graduate degree in any discipline from any University recognized by U.G.C with not less than 45% of the total marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST). Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance shall be compulsory.
Fees: Rs. 18000/- Per Semester
