Posted by Two week long On Campus (Non-Residential) Certificate Course on Company Law launched by National Law Institute University, Bhopal (“NLIU, Bhopal”) As we all are aware, the Centre for Research in Competition Law and Policy (“CRCLP”) was established in the year 2021 at NLIU, Bhopal. The centre is one of the first Centres in the nation to deal with new and critical issues relating to various legal aspects of the Commercial regulation regime in India and across the globe.
CRCLP is one of those select few Centres/Institutions in the nation which provides Certificate Courses in the domains of Law which are less explored and coming of age. With the blessings of Patron Prof. (Dr.) V. Vijayakumar, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, NLIU Bhopal; Prof. (Dr.) Uday Pratap Singh, Respected Registrar, NLIU Bhopal and after the initial success of Certificate Courses on Competition Law, CRCLP is delighted to announce the launch of a two week long On Campus (Non-Residential) Certificate Course on Company Law, after the necessary approvals from the authorities at NLIU, Bhopal. Thus, to promote research and develop professional expertise in the field of Commercial Laws, a Certificate Course in the aforementioned subject has been launched by CRCLP.
This Certificate Course aims to develop the skills, which are required to deal with the legal and practical aspects related to the Commercial Law regime in India. The fee to be paid is as follows- Fee for On Campus (Non-Residential) Company Law Certificate Course: ₹ 5,000/- Fee for On Campus (Non-Residential) Company Law Certificate Course (Amity University, Gwalior and Indore Institute of Law): ₹ 15,000/-
The deadline to register for the same is 09 December 2022, 11:59 PM IST. There is a maximum ceiling of 100 participants on the number of participants and the slots will be offered on a first come-first serve basis. The same shall be conducted from 12 December 2022 – 24 December 2022 in an Offline mode at NLIU, Bhopal campus.
