Who Is The Organiser?

Indian Institute of Public Administration was set up in 1954 as an Autonomous Society to enhance the frontiers of knowledge in public policy and governance through applied research and education as well as training of administrators to serve the people of India in the most effective and efficient way. Enhancing leadership and managerial qualities on the one hand and developing a service-orientation on the other are the thrust areas of the Institute’s education and training activities. The Institute has been set up to equip the public servants with knowledge, skills, and behaviour required for managing the task of governance. In its effort to enhance the leadership, managerial, and administrative capabilities of the executives in government and public sector enterprises, the Institute works in close collaboration with national and international organizations The institute has to its credit over 2000 research projects in niche areas of governance and has conducted over 7000 training programmes both for national and international organizations and in the process trained over 5,30,000 personnel from across sectors.

  • Theme: G-20: People Centric Governance & Public Policy
  • Dates of the Event: December 21-22, 2023
  • Objective: To provide better insights on the global issues and challenges faced by the different countries. The National Convention will provide a platform to scholars, industry professionals, academicians and students from across the country to present new ideas, knowledge, perspectives and share experiences by bridging the gap between theoretical and real-life applications pertaining to different topics. The convention presents a unique opportunity for everyone to come on-board, contribute and learn from others while offering longlasting relations for future collaborations.
  • Mode: Hybrid Mode. Participants from areas other than Delhi/ NCR would be allowed to present their papers through online mode

  • Submission Guidelines:
    • Original papers based on theoretical or experimental works should be related to the Convention themes.
    • Author(s) should mention their designation along with the institutional affiliation and contact details on the papers.
    • The paper should begin with title, short abstract and a list of keywords.
    • The Paper should be typed in MS Word, Times New Roman, 12-font size and 1.5 line spacing. The Abstract should be limited up to 350 words only and the full paper should be 6-8 pages. References should be in APA style.
    • Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
    • The Plagiarism must not exceed the limit of 15% including References.
    • The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject the paper at their discretion.
    • Kindly send your Full-length paper on nciipa2023@gmail.com. Papers which would not adhere to the submission guidelines would be rejected.
    • The best paper Presentation award for each track shall be selected by the panel of experts.

  • Publication Opportunities: The papers will be shortlisted after blind peer review process and plagiarism check. The selected papers will be published in an Edited Book with ISBN. Some selected papers (as decided by the convention committee) will be sent for publication in UGC CARE listed Journals of IIPA i.e Indian Journal of Public Administration and Nagarlok (subject to fulfilment of terms & conditions of the journals).
