What Is MNLUA -SLR?

Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad was created under the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014, on the 16th of March, 2017 and is one of India’s premier National Law Universities. The university is dedicated to developing and advancing legal education and imparting specialised and systematic instruction, training and research in the systems of law

MNLUA Student Law Review is MNLU Aurangabad’s flagship journal aiming to promote holistic academic research in national and international contemporary legal issues. The Journal is a bi-annual, double blind peer-reviewed journal published online, having a print copy, focusing on inter-disciplinary approaches in the area of national and international contemporary legal issues. The categories of submissions are broadly divided into Research Articles, Notes/Comments, Case/Report Comments, and Book/Article Reviews. The journal aims at promoting research and debate. MNLU Aurangabad invites submissions for Volume II, Issue I of MNLUA Student Law Review.

What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?

  • Theme: Any Contemporary Legal Issue
  • Submission Categories:
    • Research Articles: 4,000-8,000 words
    • Case Comments: 2,500-5,000 words
    • Book Review: 1,500-3,000 words
    • Legislative Comments: 2,000-4,000 words
    • Short Articles or Notes: 2,000-4,000 words
  • Eligibility:
    • Academicians and Professionals;
    • Members of the Bar and Bench;
    • Government Officials;
    • Research Scholars; and
    • Students.
  • Deadline for Submission: 31st July 2023
  • Submission Guidelines:
    • Research papers, notes and comments must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words.
    • The submission must be submitted through the form by CLICK HERE
    • Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.
    • The submission should be the original and unpublished work of the author and should not be simultaneously considered by any other publications.
    • The Submission must conform to MNLUA Citation Standard & Style Sheet which can be accessed click here.
