- Eligibility:
- Trainee Associate- less than 1 year of work experience
- Associate- Minimum 1 year of work experience in General Corporate
- Senior Associate-
- Law Graduate additionally an LLM
- Four (4) plus years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate- Transaction & Advisory
- Capable of work delegation, supervision, team leadership and contract negotiation
- Independently handling clients and co-ordinating with associates and using firm expertise maximum with minimum time spent on the specialised area of practice
- Attracting new clients by way of creating an expertise practice area
- Finding new avenues of practice area for future business development
- Knowledge Editor- Experience in legal writing and research. Experience of designing and event management shall be an added advantage.
