- Job Description: Enterslice Pvt Ltd is looking for a legal intern to join the dynamic team and as a legal intern you will work on ROS compliance and filing.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research to support ongoing projects and client requirements.
- Work closely with legal team on matters related to ROS (Registrar Of Companies), compliance and filing.
- Draft legal correspondence and reports for clients.
- Stay updated on relevant legal regulations in changes in the field.
- Participate in meetings, discussions and client interactions under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
- Qualification:
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- Strong interesting legal research drafting and compliance.
- Strong interest in legal research, drafting and compliance.
- Knowledge of international law iOS compliance and filing processes in a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
