Posted by The High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, is accepting applications for contract positions of Law Clerks to assist the Hon’ble Judges of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
Law Clerks is the title of the position. Number of Posts: 20 (Twenty) Qualifications and Experience Required • The candidate must hold a law degree from a recognised university, having completed a 5-year regular stream after completing 10+2 years of schooling, or have completed a regular curriculum degree course followed by a 3-year regular law degree from a recognised university or a college affiliated with a recognised university after completing 10+2.
The candidate must have completed a law degree within the two years prior to the date of notification for the selection of Law Clerks.
During the term of their employment as a Law Clerk, the Candidate shall not be studying any other regular course of study or pursuing any other profession or occupation that may require them to be absent from their place of work.
The candidate should not be a member of any of the state bar councils as an advocate.
