(Note: Please stay away from free DOIs offerings (which are not issued by CrossRef). To check if your DOI is genuine, please visit DOI website by CLICK HERE and at the bottom of the page, you will find a form with the name “Try resolving a DOI name”. If the DOI is genuine, it should redirect to the journal’s article page.)
  • Preservation of Articles: The Law Brigade Group has a preservation policy in place as a fail-safe mechanism. We deposit your research papers in various repositories so that in difficult times you are unable to access the journal due to any unforeseeable reasons, your article will still be accessible via the repository.
  • Article Processing Charges (APCs)/Publication Fee: APCs are essential for the sustainability of open-access journals. These charges cover various expenses associated with the publication of an article, such as the first and second peer review editor’s fees (since it’s a double-blind peer review), server and hosting expenses, website maintenance, and lifetime article preservation. We are among the only few journals that scrutinize the article using Turnitin. We have to pay for expensive software like Turnitin to check for plagiarism and for CrossRef DOI registration, which is also expensive. Without these charges, journals cannot afford to maintain their online platforms, pay for the editorial and technical staff, or preserve the published content for future generations. Therefore, APCs play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term viability of open-access journals, which offer a way to increase the visibility and impact of research by making it freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
