Job Description
Obligation abstraction of executed contracts by Mindtree
- Abstraction of executed Statement of Works and any other types of contracts by Mindtree
- Uploading abstracted contracts on the contract management tool of Mindtree
- Organization of executed contracts including tagging of amendments/addendums with the original contract
- Deliver high quality and error-free document abstraction
- Coordinate with different stakeholders /leaders in the organization
Skills Required
Obligation – Legal
Experience Required: 4 to 5 Years
- Ability to abstract complex legal documents
- Should be fluent in English written verbal with excellent interpersonal skills
- Should have a detail & quality-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledgeable in MS –Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in working with Contract Management tools.
- Skills to para-phrase legal clauses in plain English language
