- Chadha & Chadha are looking to hire a legal fresher for the job role of Trademark Associate. The profile will be focussed on handling trademark prosecution/ advisory and writing editorials.
Roles to cater
- Handling trademark prosecution matters;
- Corresponding with the Trade Marks office;
- Working on client queries/ opinions pertaining to trademark issues;
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, write up, updates etc.
Eligibility
- The candidate must hold 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (preferably with IP background).
- The candidate must be excellent in writing and legal research skills.
- The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and should be a team player.
