The NLU, Delhi established in 2008 by Act No.1 of 2008 of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is one
of the premier law universities in India. The primary mission of the University is to create lawyers who
will be professionally competent, technically sound and socially relevant, and will not only enter the
Bar and the Bench but also be equipped to address the imperatives of the new millennium and
uphold the Constitution of India. The University has very good infrastructure in its campus at Sector
14, Dwarka, New Delhi with all facilities for best of learning and research. The University offers 5-year
integrated B.A., LL.B. (Hons), LL.M., Ph.D. and PG Diploma Programmes.

- Papers should be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
- Submissions should be in the form of full papers, and should be submitted online via the conference website by 25 September 2023.

- Important Dates:
- Last date of paper submission: 25 September 2023
- Notification of Notification of Paper Acceptance: 05 October 2023
- Last Date of Registration: 20 October 2023
- Submission Guidelines:
- Submission of full papers (not more than 5 pages) with an abstract in approximately 200 words, keywords and references on A4 size paper with margin 1.5 cm on all sides in MS Word format in 12 points New Times Roman type single line spacing. Length of the paper should not exceed 4000 words. Details such as name of the author, designation, title of the article, abstract, name of the affiliating institution, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and E-mail address are to be included. Paper should be plagiarism free. Before publication paper submitted would be checked through Turnitin similarity Check Software. The paper submitted must not have been previously published or presented elsewhere.
- The Programme Committee will have the right to edit the papers. Selected papers will be published in the proceedings. The selected papers will be published as edited book with ISBN number in print or digital format. Paper may be submitted in co-authorship. However, it is mandatory to register at-least one author of the paper who wish to present paper. The paper may be submitted to papericdt@gmail.com before last date
