The Apex University, a self-financing Endeavour, offers an integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LLB (3 years) Course designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of the law, both theoretical and practical, through classroom teaching, Moot Courts, Seminars, Extension Lectures, and Internships. The course is duly recognized by the Bar Council of India.
What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?
- Theme: The Theme of the program is based on cyber Law and the problem is International based on the Jurisdiction of International Human Rights Commission.
- Eligibility: The competition shall be open to students who are pursuing an integrated 5-year LL.B. program or pursuing a 3-year LL.B. program from recognized University/Institution approved by Bar Council of India.
- Each team shall consist of 3 members, (two ‘Speakers’ and one ‘Researcher’) or 2 members (two ‘Speakers’ and out of these two, one speaker has to be designated as a researcher as well). Maximum of 3 members and minimum of 2 members in a team are allowed.
- Only one team from any College/Law School/Institution is allowed to participate in the Competition.
- No additional member or team coach is allowed to accompany the team.

- Important dates:
- 18th January 2024: Release of brochure & Moot Proposition
- 26th February 2024: Last date of registration & fee payment
- 26th February 2024: Last date to seek clarifications
- 27th February 2024: Release of Clarification
- 28th February 2024: Last date of submit soft copy of memorials
- 1st March 2024: Last date to submit hard copy of memorials
- 15th March 2024: Draw of lots & exchange of memorials, Researcher’s test
- 16th March 2024: Inaugural ceremony, Preliminary Round 1 & 2
- 17th March 2024: Quarter Finals, Semi-Final Round and Cultural Night
- 18th March 2024: Final Round and Valedictory Ceremony
- Prizes:
- Winning Team Award: The winning team will get a trophy and certificate of appreciation with a cash prize of Rs. 21,000/- with 1 year Subscription of EBC Learning
- Runners-Up Award: The runners-up will get a trophy and certificate of appreciation with a cash prize of Rs. 11,000/- with 1 year Subscription of EBC Learning
- Best Speaker: Best Student speaker will get a trophy and certificate of appreciation with a cash prize of Rs. 2100/- with 6 Months Subscription of EBC Learning
- Best Researcher: Best Researcher will get a trophy and certificate of appreciation with a cash prize of Rs. 2100/- with 6 Months Subscription of EBC Learning
- Best Memorial: Best Memorial will get a trophy and certificate of appreciation with a cash prize of Rs. 5100/-
- Certificates of participation shall be given to all the participants along with 1 Month Subscription of EBC Learning.
- The participation certificates will not be provided to any participant who is not present at the Prize Distribution Ceremony and the same shall not be sent by post/courier to participants under any circumstances.
